At Raahi, we want you to love your bag. If you're not 100% happy, we're here to make it right.

7-Day Easy Return:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your bag for any reason. No questions asked.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Step 1: WhatsApp us at +92 339-4016442 Let us know you'd like to return or exchange your bag. We'll guide you through the process.
  2. Step 2: We'll provide you with the return address Once you message us, we'll share the exact address to send your return.
  3. Step 3: Pack it carefully Please return the bag in its original condition with all tags attached. Use the original packaging if possible.
  4. Step 4: Ship it back You can use any courier service. Please keep the tracking number and share it with us on WhatsApp.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

Every Raahi bag is thoroughly checked before shipping. However, if your bag arrives damaged or faulty:

✓ Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 339-4016442

✓ Send us photos of the damage

✓ We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

✓ You won't pay any return shipping costs for damaged items

Return Conditions:

For returns to be accepted:

  • The bag must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging should be included (if available)
  • The bag must be returned undamaged

Important: If the returned bag is damaged during return shipping, we cannot process the refund and the bag will be shipped back to you.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned bag:

✓ We'll inspect it within 2 business days

✓ If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days

✓ We'll refund the full product price (shipping charges are non-refundable)

✓ You'll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once the refund is processed

Exchange Policy:

Want a different color or size instead?

✓ Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days

✓ We'll arrange the exchange

✓ Delivery charges of PKR 200 will apply for the exchanged item

✓ Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • For damaged/faulty items: We pay — free return shipping for you.
  • For change of mind/exchanges: You pay the return shipping cost

(This ensures we can track all returns properly and provide you the best service)

What We Don't Accept:

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Bags that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Bags returned after 7 days from delivery.
  • Bags without tags or in damaged condition.
  • Bags damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
